Terms of Service
Rules for using the Zesu HomeLab website, community, and privately operated game services.

Zesu is a privately operated gaming community provided on a best-effort basis. Play fairly, respect other people, do not attack or abuse the infrastructure, and understand that servers, rules, worlds, features, and access can change.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Zesu HomeLab website, community-operated services, or Zesu game servers, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable community and game-specific rules. If you do not agree, do not use the affected Zesu service.
2. About Zesu HomeLab
Zesu HomeLab is an independently and privately operated gaming community and infrastructure project. It is not an official service of the publishers, developers, platform operators, or trademark owners of the games supported by Zesu.
3. Eligibility and age
Zesu is intended for users age 13 and older. You must also meet the minimum age required by Discord, the applicable game or platform, and the laws of your jurisdiction.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Zesu only with any parent or guardian permission required by applicable law or the relevant third-party service.
4. Community and acceptable use
You must follow the current Zesu community rules and any game-specific requirements. You may not harass others, cheat, intentionally abuse exploits, impersonate staff, evade moderation, interfere with other users, distribute malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, attack or disrupt Zesu systems, or use Zesu services for unlawful activity.
Security testing, scanning, exploitation, denial-of-service activity, credential attacks, or attempts to bypass access controls are not permitted without the operator's prior explicit authorization.
5. Accounts, identifiers, and access
Access may depend on Discord identity, game-platform identity, in-game identifiers, allowlists, roles, or other game-specific controls. You are responsible for the security of accounts you use with third-party platforms and for activity attributable to those accounts.
Zesu may deny, restrict, suspend, or revoke access when reasonably necessary for moderation, security, abuse prevention, operational integrity, rule enforcement, legal compliance, or protection of the community and infrastructure.
6. Server availability, maintenance, and changes
Zesu services are operated on a best-effort basis. There is no service-level agreement or guarantee of continuous uptime. Servers may be stopped, restarted, updated, reconfigured, migrated, limited, retired, or otherwise changed for maintenance, security, performance, capacity, game updates, or operational reasons.
Game worlds, saves, inventories, progression, settings, mods where applicable, or other game state may change or be reset when required by technical conditions, game updates, corruption, security, administration, or announced wipe or reset policies. Zesu uses backups and recovery procedures, but preservation of every item, save, message, or unit of progress is not guaranteed.
7. Player content and communications
Games and community platforms may allow users to create names, messages, chat, builds, signs, uploads, or other content. You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the rights needed to share it. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or seriously abusive content.
To the extent necessary to operate, moderate, back up, display, or maintain the relevant service, you authorize Zesu to process and reproduce user-provided content submitted through Zesu-operated game services. This does not transfer ownership of your original content to Zesu.
8. Moderation
Zesu may investigate reports and take proportionate moderation action based on available evidence and community rules. Moderation decisions may include warnings, content removal where technically available, restrictions, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. Zesu is not required to provide access to internal security information, confidential reports, or information that would expose other users.
9. Third-party games and services
Zesu depends on or links to third-party products and services, including Discord, Steam, game publishers and developers, hosting and network providers, Google, and other infrastructure vendors. Those services are controlled by their respective operators and remain subject to their own terms, privacy policies, licenses, outages, account rules, and technical changes.
Game names, logos, artwork, trademarks, and other third-party intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Reference to a game or platform does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
10. Zesu materials
The Zesu HomeLab name, original site design, documentation, configuration, and operator-created materials may not be copied, misrepresented, or used to impersonate Zesu in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of the operator. This section does not restrict rights you may have under applicable law or third-party licenses.
11. Privacy
Use of Zesu services is also subject to the Zesu HomeLab Privacy Policy, which describes categories of technical and operational information that may be processed.
12. Security and responsible reporting
If you discover a suspected security problem, do not exploit it, access data that is not yours, disrupt services, or publicly disclose details in a way that creates avoidable risk. Report the issue to Zesu so it can be evaluated.

13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zesu services and public information are provided "as is" and "as available." Zesu does not promise that every service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every client, or permanently available.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Zesu operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of game progress, virtual items, data, profits, opportunity, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use Zesu services.
Where applicable law does not allow a particular limitation, that limitation applies only to the maximum extent the law permits.
15. Suspension or termination
You may stop using Zesu at any time. Zesu may suspend, discontinue, or terminate particular services or a user's access when reasonably necessary for the reasons described in these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including applicable intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation, and dispute-related provisions, remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
16. Changes to these terms
Zesu may update these terms as services, rules, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this URL with an updated revision date. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Applicable law
These terms are interpreted subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to deprive a user of mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived in the user's jurisdiction.
