What should I do if I cannot connect?
Check your game's page and the current notices in Discord. When asking for help, include the game, server name, approximate time, and the error message you see. Remove sensitive information from any screenshots before sharing them.
Where do I find live status and maintenance notices?
Current availability, maintenance information, and player notices stay in Discord. The public website is informational, not a live monitoring dashboard. The server information page explains this separation.
Do I need a public website account?
No public website account is required to browse Zesu. Player access uses Discord and the applicable game's access requirements. See How to Join for guidance.
What is Admin Login for?
Admin Login leads to the restricted Command Center for authorized administrators. It is not a player sign-up page. For player access, use the joining instructions instead.
Where should I send a private concern?
Use Contact Us for general correspondence, privacy requests, or private security reports. Avoid posting personal information or security-sensitive details in public channels.
